Is there a phase correction feature in SoundID Reference?

No, SoundID Reference does not feature phase response correction. Only time alignment (channel delay alignment) is supported, and it is available in the Listening Spot menu.

Is phase response affected by the frequency response calibration?

Yes, the phase response can be affected, depending on which filter type is used. Using the Linear Phase mode will not affect filter response, while the Zero Latency and Mixed modes introduce a slight phase shift.
