Frankly it's too much, last time after an update I lost all my measurement presets and now, as soon as I switch on my apollo the application crashes and I can't use it! Is it possible to have something stable one day? This is getting really annoying!

It would be best if you could create a support ticket here that will allow us to further investigate the issue.
We will try our best to address the issue and get SoundID Reference working as expected.
Please make sure to attach the log files to the email together with the system specifications for a more streamlined investigation.

Seriously guys - have to agree…so far the updates are just breaking stuff. It worked great and I really rely on it when mixing…and now with a mix due to a client…the software updated and BROKE the plugin version…that I need to mix. How about testing stuff before releasing it?

There is a known issue with the SoundID Reference app crashing when a UAD device is connected, our team is working on resolving it at the moment. David Williams - sorry to hear you have encountered some trouble as well. Could you please provide more details on the issue you are experiencing with the plugin after the update? Is there is an issue feature, is there a problem with launching the DAW? If you could provide more details, that would be really helpful for us.
I'm using Cubase 7.5 with Neve1073OPX, works fine in standalone, but the plugin version hangs Cubase forever making it necessary to alt-ctrl-delete to force close Cubase. Windows 10 Pro OS. Never had aNY problems until this last update.
