Doesn't work from last 2 updates at window10

Hi I have used SoundID Reference very well for about 2 years, but it doesn't work well suddenly these days. This capture is the first view when I open SoundID Reference. I have to click everytime I starting the program, and click ‘Add new preset’, and do headroom set, and adjust volume fader, and change the theme to dark. It's so annoying to do this routine EVERYDAY. What's wrong with the program? Thanks.

Sorry to hear there is some trouble. It sounds like the app's settings may be resetting based on what you have mentioned with needing to load the presets, change the theme, and adjust other settings. 

If the issue persists, could you please try uninstalling and reinstalling the software to see if that helps? Here are the steps:

  1. Back up your speaker profiles: Where can I find my speaker profile?
  2. Uninstall SoundID Reference: How to uninstall SoundID Reference (Windows)?
  3. Download the installer for SoundID Reference again and run it (download here) 
  4. Launch the app, reactivate your license and set up everything as per usual. Then on the next app launch, check if the issue is still present.
