5.1.1.64unable to open

first 4.5.7.2 unable to open in win10 after used maybe a year. today I install  5.1.1.64,it is also unable to open in win10

Hi seawater1970, thanks for reaching out, sorry to hear there is some trouble.

If you're unable to launch the standalone apps, there might be an issue with the configuration file or license/user files. 
For Reference 4, please try deleting the systemwide config file following this guide: Systemwide doesn't launch after update
If SoundID Reference is not launching, please try the solutions mentioned here: Standalone app not launching after update

Great,follow Systemwide doesn't launch after update,delete all files in \AppData\Local\Sonarworks\SoundID Reference\;then reinstall software。
