Hi All,
I am trying to reopen a calibration profile via measure so that I can view the graph data for all channels at once which I saw after I did the calibration. I can only select individual channel groups via reference to display. Measure version is 5.9.2.2 using a macbook air OS 13.2.1.
The profile will not load and the grey loading icon just spins in the bottom right hand corner. Thanks to anyone who can help!

Sorry for encountering this issue, it does appear to be a problem in the software. I see you also opened a supported request on this issue and a development report has been created on our end for this bug.
It is possible to open the profiles in the SoundID Reference DAW plugin if you want to see the curves of the measured channels. I recommend taking a look at our guide for loading a multichannel profile in the DAW plugin here: Loading a multichannel speaker profile
It is also possible to revert to an earlier version of SoundID Reference where this issue should not be present, see the revert instructions here: Reverting to version 5.6.1
