I have Mac M2 and the newest Logic and Sound ID updates.
It takes like 3-4 minutes to start Logic. Is this slow startup related to SoundID? Is this a known issue? It could be something else that Im not aware of, but everything else, except SoundID installed on my Mac is software I am familiar with and never caused issues like this before.

It is possible that Logic is checking/updating some information when launching. Did you notice the slower Logic startup after installing SoundID Reference? Is there also some slower loading observed with the projects that have SoundID Reference loaded in them?
It seems that there have been some similar reports online regarding a slow startup of Logic, but it could potentially be caused by various things, see some forum posts here.
I noticed this Logic Pro troubleshooting guide: If Logic Pro for Mac isn't working linked with some things to try. Not all of them may be applicable for your specific case, but it might be worth checking them out.
