In your FAQ for multichannel system-wide you have:
"Can I use multichannel profile for system-wide calibration?
At the moment, system-wide calibration is not supported for multichannel profiles. Although the multichannel calibration profiles can be loaded in the SoundID Reference standalone app for supported device export purposes or applying a target mode before the profile export. The system-wide calibration functionality will come later in 2023, with a free software update."
Are you going to do this or not?
I'm glad I held off and didn't buy this thinking this was coming soon.
You should at least update this answer to let us know what your intentions are for multichannel system wide in the future.

Hi joeshepard - thanks for your post! We have now updated the FAQ section on the Multichannel landing page to reflect the most up-to-date information, thank you very much for pointing this out.
As a note here for the SoundID Reference multichannel profile support in the standalone app - we are looking to add this functionality to the standalone app at some point, but at the moment there is no concrete ETA for when this might happen.
I purchased this product based upon that information, it’s up in the air when and if we even get this feature at all. I'm extremely frustrated with the flawed marketing. I regret my purchase and won’t be trusting anything said by this company again, unless it pulls it’s socks up. I’m a professional working in Atmos and honestly, monitoring externally from the DAW is an important work flow piece of the puzzle. So many issues from broken updates to incomplete features. I used to rave about their products, now, not so much.
