My iTunes is running through Sound ID with no issues. I have it selected to take the main outs from my DAW, but nothing seems to be routing through it? It was working previously, I'm not sure what changed - Help?

Could you please check whether SoundID Reference is turned up in Sound settings and Audio MIDI Setup (not muted by accident)?
If the problem still persists, does Restart Playback Engine in the SoundID Reference app fix the issue (Presets > “…” (menu) > Device Settings)? Does fully quitting the app and then relaunching make any difference when reassigning SoundID Reference as the output device in your DAW?
I understand you are on Mac computer, so just in case there might be a different issue at hand, please check whether SoundID Reference is available as an audio device in Sound settings and Audio MIDI setup on your Mac. If it is not available, then a known issue with SoundID Reference missing from the sound output options may be present, for more details, see our guide here: SoundID Reference missing from Mac sound output [MAC].
This issue has a fix in the latest SoundID Reference beta version (5.9.1) and I recommend installing the latest beta version to see if that makes any difference. For beta install instructions, please see here: Solution available with 5.9.1.2 Beta
