Validating email on Sonarworks Zendesk gives 403 forbidden error

Hi, I just tried to validate my email address to get support but Zendesk throws a 403. Please advice.

Hi Jan Peeters, sorry for encountering that! We are still ironing out some known issues within the help center section. 
This issue has been resolved via a support ticket.
