Hello everybody,

I am new to this system and application .I have bought  Adam A4V monitors recenty. I have installed et A Control application and also the SoundID reference measure application as well as th dedicated SoundID Reference Microphone. All that is operational on my Windows computer but I cannot commplete the measurement sequence because quite soon I have a mono signal detection error message preventing to go on. I cannot fix this issue. I tried several things without any improvement. I use a Mackie Onyx 1620i mixer for the audio interface. All is set properly, correct gain, etc...I do not know what I can do to fix this issue? Any iddea? Thanks in advance.

Hi, thanks for your post! Sorry to hear you were encountering some trouble with the measurement process.

I see that you had also submitted a ticket to our support team and it looks like you found that the issue was present due to a channel bleed. I hope the measurements will be successful going forward :)

In case anyone else is encountering the "Mono signal detected" message, we also have a support article containing a few tips regarding this here: "Mono signal detected" error message
