Hi x_pert18marius, sorry to hear about this! The missing driver issue that appeared with the 5.7.3. update does not yet have a fix implemented, but we hope to have the fix soon.

If the issue persists, please consider reverting back to version 5.7.2 as described here: Revert to the previous version (5.7.2.7) (make sure to follow all of the uninstall instructions, including deleting the driver file). I understand this may not be the most ideal solution, but this version should work with no problems.

I have already reverted to 5.6,everything is ok,but this should be your priority, not add new features, what is the point of new features if we cannot use it,the problem is that it persist after 2 months, this is incredible, tryied all the recomendation,of unistall and reinstall!

If you are on OSX Mojave DO NOT INSTALL!!  Eats up the entire CPU (pushes CoreAudio to over 100%) without even opening the app and stays that way. I had to put the app in the trash and quit the SonarworksASPProxy just to be able to work on my computer. Wasted over an hour of my time. Inexcusable Sonarworks didn't test on Mojave. I'm a geek, so was able to track it down, but I'm sure it will totally screw up less tech savvy folks.

If you already installed it, the only solution is to revert back to the previous version, as described here:

Hi,

I wanted to provide an update on the high CPU issue some users are encountering on macOS 10.14 and 10.15 versions as there were some reports mentioned in this post as well.

With the release of a new SoundID Reference update (v5.10.0) on March 26, 2024, SoundID Reference will no longer support macOS 10.14 and 10.15. If you have encountered the high CPU issue on your device, please visit our support guide for more information on OS version support drop and issue workaround options here: [MAC] CoreAudio and SonarworksASPProxy high CPU (on macOS 10.14 & 10.15)
