Hi, i cant open the measure app, it instantly displays this error:

What can i do? i allready reinstalled it like 5 times

Hi Pedro Arechiga Morfin, thanks for reaching out, sorry to hear you are encountering a crash with the Measure app!
I noticed that you had sent in a support ticket as well and it looks like a full reinstall of SoundID Reference has helped with this - I hope everything is working smoothly now!
It's a bit tough to say what exactly may have caused the crash here, it is possible that the license files may have affected this, thus if you fully uninstalled the software (including removing the associated files) and then reinstalled it, the crash would be resolved. However, it is possible that there was another problem present. In case it does return, please let us know and we'll look further into it!
