Access to Audio System Denied (Mac)

Hi Ralph Dagza, thanks for reaching out, sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue! 

I see you have also submitted a support ticket to our team and were suggested to install our latest beta version of the software (SoundID Reference v.5.7.3) to see if that triggers the mic access permissions in Settings. 

Follow these steps for beta version install:

1. Make sure to back up your speaker profiles: Where can I find my speaker profile?
2. Fully uninstall the current SoundID Reference version you have installed, see our guide for macOS: How to uninstall SoundID Reference? [MAC]
3. Install the beta version following our guide here: SoundID Reference Beta software releases

Please let us know how this goes and we'll take it from there!
