Sound correction on main computer stereo out, but not all channels

Dear community,

I'm using SoundID Reference on my system and getting a correction only on the software playback (computer), but not on the analog outputs 1 & 2, as settled in the output configuration of SoundID Reference.

I'm running a MacBookPro OSX 12.3.1 and my sound card is a RME UC

Any clue? Thank you in advance

Hi, thanks for your post! 

I see you had submitted a support request already and our team responded to you too. The SoundID Reference app will calibrate system output only, so the calibration is being applied to the output in use. In case you have an instrument connected to your audio device, SoundID Reference won't process the incoming audio signal as the application was not designed for live tracking.
