I've been trying to download Sound ID Reference on my new Mac and I keep getting a message that says "Preset Switch Error" and then "Sound ID Reference is unable to load the audio driver. Try reinstalling the app or contact our support" I've restarted my computer tried redownloading it several times and even tried downloading an older version but this message always comes up and prevents me from using the app. Anyone have any way I can fix this?

Sorry to hear you are encountering this error! We have recently released a new beta version of SoundID Reference which includes a major macOS driver rework and addresses the "Preset Switch Failed" error as well (alongside other longstanding issues on macOS). I recommend installing the beta and checking whether the issue still persists. same problem here (mac os monterey) after a week of use. the beta seems to solve the issue.
