Can't calibrate my speakers with SoundID Reference Measure

I try to calibrate my speakers with SoundID, it seems like software doesn't find calibration signal correctly. When I set the listening position, L/R speakers, then measure main 37 points is impossible. How can I solve this problem?

Hi, thanks for your post! Sorry to hear you are encountering some trouble with the Measure app!

Could you please let us know the make and model of the components in your signal chain? Were the previous steps during the process completed successfully without any issues?

It also may be worth taking a look at our troubleshooting guide here: Stereo speaker measurement troubleshooting guide
It contains various tips and suggestions to make sure you're set up correctly and the measurement is successful.

Let us know how it goes!

Hi walshe_2, sorry for the belated response here.

If the problem persists, have you had the chance to take look at our troubleshooting guide here: Stereo speaker measurement troubleshooting guide? It includes quite a few things to check on to make sure that the measurement process is successful.

In addition, during the room measurement steps, make sure you are pointing the tip of the mic at the target.

yep - everything works until point 37 my mic left and then does'nt register a damn thing. 4 tries goes to hell right there everytime.
