Sonarworks calibration seeing 2 different devices on PreSonus Preamp on Windows 11

If anyone is using Sonarworks on Windows 11 with a PreSonus preamp, please HELP! I'm running Sonarworks on Windows 11, using a Sonarworks Mic. In Sound Settings, both the Input (Mic) and Output (Presonus) are recognized.

I must run SonarWorks  in WASAPI mode, because ASIO will not recognize the outputs. When I set up the Calibrator, it sees the Mic properly, and when I add the output, I get the message I am attempting to run TWO different devices, which I am not. I can bypass the warning and get appropriate output to my speakers.

However, because it keeps telling me there are two devices, I cannot calibrate because the Input and Output are not properly synced, causing drift and the Mic will not stay on the calibration target.

I am at a complete loss here. This is a very simple setup. I've tried everything possible, including all the recommendations in troubleshooting.

Any suggestions and help would be highly appreciated.

Hi,

I wanted to follow up on this post as the initial issue reported was resolved by removing ASIO4ALL and reinstalling the PreSonus Driver specific for the specific device.

davidmrandolph, if you're encountering a similar issue, please consider blacklisting drivers in the Measure app as shown in our guide here: Blacklisting ASIO drivers in the SoundID Reference Measure app It's possible that there are some drivers causing some compatibility issues in the Measure app.
