Audient ORIA Profile import failed

In this article, we'll show what to check and do when the profile import fails in the ORIA control software. 


“Profile import failed” error

If you have created a calibration profile with SoundID Reference Measure by selecting Audient ORIA as the input/output device, you can seamlessly export the resulting calibration profile to the audio interface.

The error “Profile import failed” appears during the export process in SoundID Reference standalone app if the user declines the import in the ORIA app or if some other unknown issue has prevented the import from happening.

To solve the issue, make sure to open the ORIA control app and approve the import by clicking either “Create a new profile” or “Overwrite existing profile”.


If the error keeps happening, please contact our support team for assistance. You can also export the calibration profile manually, in which case you will need to load the calibration profile in the Audient ORIA application.
