Good morning. I am working with a consultant to improve my home mix environment. The consultant recommended that I adjust the "setting in SoundID Reference to only make subtractive corrections (no additive EQ.)" because "Adding output to your speakers in a narrow band of frequencies can put too much strain on your amp and drivers." I did not see a setting in the software to do this. Is this approach to speaker protection been built into the current version of the software? I'm eager for any advice that the group can provide.
