I’ve recently created a support ticket related to this and this is the answer I got from Sonarworks support:

We haven't had a chance to calibrate this model for the average profile yet, but we will likely get to it at some point in the future (although, we cannot make any promises for when exactly). The fully supported model list can always be viewed here: Sonarworks supported headphone models
To submit your model request, please enter the model name here. Generally, we prioritize new additions based on the user request count, so your request makes a difference!
The average was developed using older units of LCD-XC. For Audeze users, we recommend individual calibration service, due to the many revisions most of the model range has gone through. Many of those revisions had an impact on headphone frequency response, but the model name remained the same.; more details on the Individual calibration can be found here.”
I don’t know what to think about it, but certainly I’m not keen to pay additionally for individual calibration. I’m testing Realphones now - they support this model.
Yeah I mean the biggest problem with custom calibration is if you don't live in Latvia be prepared to spend hundreds of dollars to ship your headphones to them. I got quoted $400 from UPS last time I checked. like damn, plus the cost of the calibration, literal investment. Considering they updated the LCD Xs to the 2021 model it sure would be nice if they gave a little love to the XCs as well, especially with all these requests.
