SoundID referecne not running on Virtual Machine

Hi,

After a lot of tinkering and being almost completely ignored by the support, I think I came up with a solution that might be a frequent problem on VMs, and maybe it'll help somebody.
If you encounter issues with Reference on VM, in my case it didn't run at all, go ahead and browse the crash logs. I don't think that sonarworks reveal any info about them officially, but you can find them in:
[System Disk]:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Sonarworks\Logs
Often times you can figure out what's wrong from the crash logs, or at least forward them to the support.
In my case, the problem was that the app couldn't parse disk and motherboard serial, so after adding that to the configuration, the software did run with no problems.

Hope it helps somebody because you can't count on support. They were responding once a month and only after numerous bumps (mostly just ignoring), didn't even bother to ask for crash logs, and haven't provided any real solution. 
I often restrain from negative comments but in this case, I just have to warn you guys about the support, which is the worst I ever came across.
