How to update your Sonarworks Account user details

Email address change

Your existing email address registered with your Sonarworks Account can be updated to a new one in the User Profile section:

1. Log in to your Sonarworks Account
2. Go to My Account > User Profile > Change email
3. Enter your new email address, then click Save
4. A verification email will be sent to the newly assigned new email address: click on the verification link to confirm the change

Physical address change

Sonarworks Account can store your physical address information should you want to save it under your user profile. To apply changes access your User Profile:

1. Log in to your Sonarworks Account
2. Go to My Account > User Profile > Change address
3. Input your address details and click Save to confirm the changes

Password change

Password update is considered a good practice, your existing password can be updated from the User Profile:

1. Log in to your Sonarworks Account
2. Go to My Account > User Profile > Change password
3. Enter your existing password, then a new one you're looking to use
4. Click on the Save button to confirm the changes

Account deletion

If you have decided to delete your Sonarworks Account the change can be done through the User Profile:

1. Log in to your Sonarworks Account
2. Go to My Account > User Profile > Delete account
3. Read the disclaimer and click on Continue to proceed
4. You will receive an email from Sonarworks Accounts with a confirmation request: click on the Delete my account forever button to finish the process
