APO file location on Windows
APO log files are located elsewhere than where the other drivers store it. For all other driver types, please look here. APO logs can be retrieved from the APO folder shown in the directory below.
Navigate to the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Sonarworks\SoundID Reference\Systemwide\APO
To speed up the response and resolution time, please compress the entire logs folder into a ZIP archive file and attach it to your support ticket (to submit a support ticket, click on the 'Submit a request' button at the bottom of this page).
